We will then share these images with the seller and the courier partner to facilitate resolution. If the claim is found to be genuine by us, the seller, and the Courier Partner, we will issue a coupon code equivalent to the value of the unsatisfactory shipment. This coupon code can be used for future purchases on the website and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

It is important to note that Momskart is a service provider platform that facilitates the delivery of products prepared by women entrepreneurs in India. Momskart is not involved in the food production or manufacturing process.

If you cancel your order before the food items have been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. However, once the order has been shipped (meaning it has been produced by the seller and handed over to the delivery agent), we cannot accommodate any cancellation requests. Due to the nature of specialty products, the loss of shelf life or transit damage renders them unsuitable for reuse or resale, hence we cannot accept cancellations or returns of shipments. In the case of a valid cancellation request, the refund will be processed using the same method that the payment was received, within 10 working days from the date of cancellation.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders if we suspect fraudulent transactions or if the transaction violates the terms and conditions of using the website. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers, and we may deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
